How to attach a digital signature to a pdf
The following steps are to be followed when attaching a signature to a pdf document.
Insert the digital signature USB token into the USB port of your computer.
Open the pdf file to which you wish to attach your Digital Signature.
Fill up the application form and complete all the mandatory fields.
Click on the Check form button to check whether all the mandatory fields are filled in.
Now click on the digital signature field and select your name that appears in the pop up window.
Now click on Sign and save, a pop up window will appear asking you for the password.
Enter your e-token password and then click on ok.
You have sucessfully signed your pdf document.
