How to attach a digital signature to a pdf

The following steps are to be followed when attaching a signature to a pdf document.
  • Insert the digital signature USB token into the USB port of your computer.
  • Open the pdf file to which you wish to attach your Digital Signature.
  • Fill up the application form and complete all the mandatory fields.
  • Click on the Check form button to check whether all the mandatory fields are filled in.
  • Now click on the digital signature field and select your name that appears in the pop up window.
  • Now click on Sign and save, a pop up window will appear asking you for the password.
  • Enter your e-token password and then click on ok.
  • You have sucessfully signed your pdf document.
